Perinatal & postpartum therapy for women in Minnesota and via teletherapy across the U.S.
Let's Make Space for You
You might be expecting a baby, newly postpartum, or years into motherhood—and finding that something doesn’t feel the way you thought it would. You love your child deeply and feel overwhelmed, anxious, or disconnected from yourself. You may catch yourself thinking, “I should be enjoying this more,” while quietly wondering where you went.
Many of the women I work with feel like they’re just surviving day to day. The “Sunday scaries” turn into nighttime anxiety after baby arrives. Worry takes over the good moments. There’s pressure to do it all—be a good mom, a supportive partner, show up at work—without disappearing in the process. You might feel touched out, short-tempered, or resentful when asking for help feels harder than doing everything yourself.
I’m a licensed psychologist specializing in perinatal and postpartum mental health, supporting women through anxiety, depression, trauma, identity shifts, and relationship strain. Therapy with me is a place to slow down and let go of holding it all together. A space to feel seen, heard, and validated—without judgment or pressure to “fix” anything.
Motherhood is hard, and support matters. Let’s talk.
